KHH Will Host Energy Code Seminar

Thursday, January 4, 2018

KHH Principal Jim D’Aloisio and Jodi Smits-Anderson of DASNY will co-facilitate Conquering the Energy Code for Architects and Engineers: Commercial on January 18, 2018, in the KHH Conference Center in East Syracuse, NY. The new Energy Code is now in effect, and this seminar will prepare architects and engineers in New York State to comply with the many new requirements in the 2015 NYS Code and design more energy-efficient buildings in the process. The course will be informative and enlightening regarding significant changes, new provisions, and best practices to avoid objections and stalled projects.

The seminar offers continuing education credits for GBCI, AIA, PDH, and CEO. Advance registration is required, as seating is limited. The course is sponsored by the Urban Green Council. For more information, or to register, see the Urban Green Council website at https://urbangreencouncil.org/content/events/conquering-energy-code-architects-and-engineers-commercial-43 .

There will be a bonus Green Drinks Syracuse event after the seminar at Trappers on Butternut Drive, just around the corner from the Klepper, Hahn & Hyatt office building.  This get-together is sponsored by CSI, IFMA, and USGBC. See  http://www.greendrinks.org/NY/Syracuse
